How do I ship my equipment for calibration?
Our goal is to make our services a simple stress-free process for you and your company. No RMA numbers are needed. For expedited services, we do require contact and scheduling in advance. Simply place your equipment in a suitable container with adequate padding and protection and ship it to us. You will have a fully calibrated instrument back within the agreed upon turnaround time.

How are return freight charges handled?
For your convenience we can add freight charges to your invoice or we are more than happy to use your preferred freight carrier and account number. Please be sure to annotate all relevant carrier and account information on the paperwork you send with your instrument.

Can I specify a common carrier of choice for return shipment?
Yes, Restor Metrology is established with all major carriers. Please specify the preferred carrier on your incoming order and we will gladly use them.

How do I return my equipment for warranty service?
Follow proper shipping guidelines when packaging and ship the instrument directly to us. All warranty items are given expedited attention and we will have your equipment back to you in minimal time.
